Ethnic Groups and Customs
Vietnam has 54 ethnic groups. Each group has unique customs and traditions. The Kinh people are the majority, while others are minorities. Many ethnic minorities live in mountainous areas. They live in stilt houses and grow rice on terraced fields.
Each ethnic group has different customs. For example, the Tay people worship their ancestors at home altars. The Hmong people wear colorful traditional costumes. The Ede people live in communal houses where important meetings happen.
Vietnamese people respect their customs and traditions. We have a custom of taking off shoes when entering a house. We use chopsticks to eat. At Tet, families reunite and make offerings to ancestors. Children receive lucky money from elders. These customs reflect our culture and are passed down through generations.
If we preserve our customs, future generations will understand their heritage. Unless we teach young people, traditions will disappear. We should maintain our cultural identity while adopting modern lifestyles.

Healthy Lifestyles
Having a healthy lifestyle is important for well-being. If you want to be healthy, you should adopt good habits. First, eat a balanced diet with nutritious food. Avoid junk food and reduce sugar. Second, do regular exercise. If you exercise daily, you will feel energetic. Third, get sufficient sleep. Unless you sleep enough, you won't concentrate well.
Many teenagers have unhealthy lifestyles. They stay up late playing games. They skip breakfast and eat too much fast food. These habits are harmful. If teenagers don't change, they will have health problems.
What will happen if you adopt a healthy lifestyle? You will improve your physical and mental health. You will reduce stress and feel happier. Your body will be stronger, and you will avoid diseases. Remember: if you take care of your health now, you will benefit in the future.
