Passage 1: Community and City Life

I grew up in a small village with a traditional craft community. People made pottery and embroidery. I didn't know what to do after school, so I learned how to make pottery. My teacher showed me where to find clay and how to use the wheel.

Now I live in a big city. The bigger the city is, the more opportunities there are. However, the more crowded it becomes, the more difficult it is to get around. I often look for quiet places to relax. It's hard to keep up with the fast pace of city life.

Passage 2: Healthy Living

If you want to stay healthy, you should exercise regularly and eat a balanced diet. If you don't sleep enough, you may feel tired and stressed. The more you exercise, the stronger you become.

Unless you take care of your health, you can't enjoy life. If you feel stressed, you should find out ways to relax. Many teens don't know how to deal with pressure. They should learn what to do when they feel anxious.
